Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of League OS.
Effective date: March 31, 2026 | Primal Global Consulting S.A., Panama
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of League OS, a sports league operations platform developed and operated by Primal Global Consulting S.A., a company registered in the Republic of Panama (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using League OS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
References to “you” or “your” mean the league organization, club, or individual accessing League OS, including any administrators, scorekeepers, players, guardians, or other users acting on your behalf.
1. Service Description
League OS is a web-based sports league operations platform. The platform includes:
- Admin portal: Season management, registrations, schedules, standings, finances, and reporting
- Scorekeeper portal: Live game scoring, play-by-play entry, and game sheet submission
- Player portal: Player profile access, registration status, and team information
- Guardian portal: Consent management, waiver signing, and minor player profiles
- Public league pages: Standings, schedules, stats, and news accessible without authentication
- Public API: Programmatic access to league data via API key authentication
The service is hosted on Vercel and Supabase infrastructure. Your league's data region (US, EU, or APAC) is selected at onboarding and cannot be changed after data is written.
2. Pilot Terms (90-Day Free Trial)
League OS offers a 90-day pilot period to allow you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
- Full platform access is available during the pilot period, with no feature restrictions
- No credit card is required to start a pilot
- All data created during the pilot belongs to you, and is available for export at any time on request
- At the end of the pilot period, you may convert to a paid subscription to continue using the platform
- If you choose not to continue, your data will be exported and provided to you, and your environment will be deactivated within 30 days of the pilot end date
We reserve the right to limit or discontinue a pilot at our discretion if there is evidence of misuse. We will provide at least 7 days notice before doing so.
3. Paid Subscription Terms
Pricing and Billing Cycle
Pricing is charged per season. A league that runs both a winter season and a summer season is billed for two seasons. The subscription begins at the start of each season and covers that season's use of the platform.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each new season unless you cancel before the season begins. We will send a renewal notice at least 14 days before the next billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next season begins. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid season. Following cancellation, your data is available for export and your environment remains in read-only mode for 30 days, after which it is deactivated.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial seasons. If you cancel mid-season, you retain access through the end of the season you have paid for. A full data export is provided at the end of the final paid season.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store payment card information on our servers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use League OS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to access, query, or retrieve data belonging to another league or tenant
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or scrape any part of the service
- Transmit or store malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt or damage the service or its users
- Overload, stress-test, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the platform without prior written consent
- Use automated tools to access the platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use without using the provided API
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the platform, including player information, game results, financial records, and eligibility data.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion. We will attempt to contact you before taking action except where the violation is severe or urgent.
5. Data Ownership
Your league owns its data at all times. We do not claim any ownership, license, or rights over the content, records, player data, game results, or any other information you create or upload to League OS.
You may request a full export of your league's data at any time, at no charge, in standard formats (CSV and JSON). There are no extraction fees and no waiting periods.
We do not use your league's data to train machine learning models, sell to third parties, or derive commercial value beyond providing the platform service to you.
Our detailed data and business continuity commitments are published in the Trust Infrastructure document. If the platform ceases operation, the source code will be released publicly under an open-source license.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We target 99.5% monthly uptime as described in our SLA, but this is a commitment to strive toward, not an absolute guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Intellectual Property
League OS, including its code, design, documentation, and brand identity, is the intellectual property of Primal Global Consulting S.A. These terms do not grant you any ownership of, or license to, any intellectual property belonging to us beyond the right to use the service as described here.
White-label plans allow you to remove visible League OS branding from your league's public-facing pages. This does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. The underlying platform code, design systems, and infrastructure remain the property of Primal Global Consulting S.A.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted:
- In English
- Under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
- In Panama City, Panama, or remotely by mutual written agreement
- Before a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Small Claims Exception
Claims under USD $5,000 may be brought directly in the courts of Panama City, Panama, without first proceeding through arbitration, at your election.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will provide at least 30 days written notice before the changes take effect. Notice will be sent by email to the address on file for your league account and may also be displayed within the platform.
Material changes will be clearly identified in the notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
The current version of these terms is always available at leagueos.ai/terms.
11. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms, together with any order form, pilot agreement, or addendum signed between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Primal Global Consulting S.A. regarding your use of League OS. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver of any term or provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. Failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
